Scout is cranky about the whole idea too. He has become a TOTAL housedog this winter. He has to lay down and get his paws cleaned before he can come in, and he tolerates it just fine knowing that his payoff is a nice warm shelter. Pretty spoiled, that dog. He spends all day in the warm car with Slade and then comes in the warm house. He's an "old man" though, so I guess it's forgivable. He is 70 years old in dog years. Poor guy.

Day 50 - March 2, 2009
March came in like a lamb. It's free to go out like a lion if it chooses, but it sure as heck better be back to lamb-like weather at the end of April. If this crappy weather hinders my NYC vacation, I'm going to be cranky.
